1. primary responsibility, not as self-indulgence, but as survival wisdom.
This means: avoiding unnecessary emotional battles, choosing calm environments and rhythms
accepting that rest is productive for you
My health is not a side condition — it’s the foundation.

2. Stay informed without letting the world devastate me
I care deeply about injustice, refugees, children, power abuse — that won’t change.
The resolution is: witness without drowning
choose when and how much news to consume
remember that my sensitivity is not meant to carry the whole world
“Observe, not absorb” — I already named and implemented this truth myself.
3. Keep creating, even if it’s small, imperfect, or private
Art is regulation, meaning, and identity — not performance. This includes: drawing (especially faces)
thinking about jewelry, stones, objects with soul
allowing creativity without monetizing it immediately
Creation is one of the ways to stay alive inside.
4. Strengthen boundaries with people and situations that cost too much
This is a quiet but powerful resolution. It means:
less explaining
less hoping others will change
more choosing distance when needed
Peace is not withdrawal — it’s discernment.
5. Hold a realistic but living hope
Not naïve optimism, not despair. Hope that:
technology can be used well, even imperfectly sometimes life can still become gentler and more beautiful
the future doesn’t have to be grand to be meaningful
Hope as a practice, not a prediction.
6. and so...
read more, draw more, eat more, stretch more, sleep more, stroll more, ...
